Plan for Environmental Education

The following environmental education plan has been created for the GEO Learning Environment and the Lauhanvuori – Hämeenkangas UNESCO Global Geopark area. The GEO Learning Environment includes the GEO Learning Centre in Honkajoki, Kankaanpää, the municipalities in the area (Kankaanpää, Jämijärvi, Karvia, Siikainen, Isojoki) and the Lauhanvuori - Hämeenkangas UNESCO Global Geopark area with its sites. The plan has been prepared as part of the project Northern Satakunta on the waves of green transition led by Satakunta University of Applied Sciences and funded by the EU's Just Transition Fund (JTF) and the Regional Council of Satakunta. The plan has also been translated into English.
